Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, orders cannot be cancelled once the eBook has been accessed, downloaded, or the service has been activated (including access to WhatsApp learning groups or any digital content).
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before accessing the product or service. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payment, non-delivery, or technical issues from our side.
Refunds are not generally applicable for our digital products. However, in the rare cases where a refund is eligible (as outlined in this policy), the following process must be followed:
- You must contact us within 7 days of the transaction
- You must provide valid proof of payment (order confirmation / transaction ID)
- You must clearly describe the issue faced
All requests will be carefully reviewed. We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund request based on the validity of the claim.
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method only
